Benefits: Helps to increase blood and milk. It includes the most iron in foods. Otherwise it is very helpful with vitamin B and phosphor. Its amount of protein is very high. Consequently it is a food which is an energy source for people who works physically and mentally. Green lentils hop up nerves. It makes intestine light softness and makes provisional diarrhea. It helps sick and thin people to make blood.

It must be chewed good and mustn´t mix with spit. It makes fart if it don´t be mixed with enough sulfur. After meal spit can sent to stomach by chewing gum. Its digestion can be easy with black pepper and ginger.

It mustn´t be eaten more than 50 grams.
